2008 Grand National Rally - Forest City, Iowa |
| Direct Internet access was the highlight of the 2008 GNR. Thanks to Phil Hoefer, NetWIT President and Winnebago officials, attendees to GNR this year had free access the Internet directly from their rigs rather than having to go to a tent to be close to a WIFI antenna. A big thank you Winnebago. |

| Pictured above are our 2008 NetWIT instructors. They are from left to right, Neil Haerich who taught Clean and Secure Computing, Fred Jennings, Understanding VISTA, and Terry Smay, Digital Photo Management. These guys deserve a big thanks for the time they put into making your GNR experience memorable. |

|
| All NetWIT seminar attendees had their own laptop computers and they could follow instruction on the large screen projections TV which the instructors used. Here are some photos of the class rooms. These photos were taken in the Digital Photo Management class which was taught by Terry Smay. |

Well over 30 attendees enjoyed a class Understanding VIST taught by Fred Jennings. |
|
Though we did not get a picture of Neil Haerich's class, he taught Clean & Secure Computing, a subject of vital interest to all folks who must rely on their computer while on the road. |

There are computers and there is food. |

| The one thing about NetWIT, we know how to eat. These are a few of the many people who turned out for the pot luck dinner party. |

Give Help! the creed of NetWIT |
| One of the most helpful things that NetWIT officers and volunteers did was to remain after the close of GNR and individually help attendees with their computer problems. Here are some of the about 50 people whose problems received special attention from NetWIT representatives. |
